Chinese Internet video giants, the YouTubes of China, are battling it out in a major legal and political row that could determine who dominates the country's massive online video industry.
In December, Tudou (Nasdaq: TUDO) brought charges to China's top leaders and "international IPR entities" against Youku (NYSE: YOKU), its biggest rival. Youku, not one to take this lightly, responded with legal action.
